Summary

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will contribute to implementing Equans Services’ marketing and communication strategy to promote its offers and services across North America.

Reporting to the MarCom director, you will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams (energy projects, sustainability, digital services, etc.) to develop materials, marketing analysis, campaigns, and events that enhance Equans Services’ visibility and reputation while generating qualified leads. This position is for the GTA Area.

This role also includes organizing internal events to foster employee engagement.

Description

• Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor market analysis by market segment to help position the organization and identify business opportunities, market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape;
• Collaborate with sales teams to create communication materials for proposals and client presentations (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.).
• Execute the commercial communication strategy in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives;
• Develop content for various communication and marketing channels, including social media and the website;
• Support the team in organizing commercial events and participating in trade shows to promote Equans Services’ offers and expertise;
• Work with internal teams to ensure message consistency and maximize the impact of communication initiatives;
• Analyze the performance of created content and campaigns to refine and improve content strategies;
• Organize internal events that promote employee engagement in collaboration with the Human Resources team.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada;
• Be available to travel to some customer sites in the GTA area;
• Able to pass a background clearance at the required level;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• University degree or college diploma in business marketing, communication or a related field;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or combination of related experienc;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to coordinate various relevant departments and teams to conduct market research and study;
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SiteImprove);
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, AI) and social media platforms;
• Creative mindset and ability to propose innovative ideas to achieve business objectives.

Pay range : 37.50$ to 40.87$ per hour (78 000$ to 85 00$ annually)
