Gas Bar Attendant at Evergreen Co-operative Association
Responsibilities will include
- Dispensing petroleum products (gasoline, diesel, propane)
Washing windows and lights on vehicles, checking and filling vehicle fluids as requested
Merchandising products according to standards
- Maintaining image standards outside the store and by pump islands
General housekeeping duties
Adhering to all Evergreen Co-op policies and procedures
Performing other duties as assigned
- Wearing all personal protective equipment and following all safe work practices Transitioning frequently between indoors and outdoors, as well as, working in all types of weather conditions
Qualifications will include
- Prior retail experience is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service
- Organizational skills and great time management
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferences will be given to those candidates with previous or current retail experience in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). Applicants must have a good eye for detail, be able to work in a team setting, as well as be a productive independent worker, be reliable, have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, be outgoing and energetic.
