    How you’ll make an impact

    Play a key role in supporting and optimizing lending business systems across the organization. As a Senior Loan System Support and Training Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, improve processes and equip business units with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

    You’ll contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of lending systems while providing expert support and guidance to users across multiple divisions. You’ll also develop and deliver training programs that drive adoption, efficiency, and consistency in system use.

You’re a strong communicator and analytical thinker who can translate technical concepts into practical solutions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively improve systems and processes.

    What you’ll do

    • Collaborate with colleagues to assess and define the impact of lending products on business systems

    • Lead or support process redesign initiatives across various business units to improve efficiency and effectiveness

    • Coach and guide co-workers and partners on lending systems policies, procedures and best practices Responsible for calculating, invoicing, and reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with agreements and established controls.

    • Assist with the design, validation and testing of business systems enhancements and implementations

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across multiple divisions

    • Design, develop and deliver training materials and sessions based on research and business needs

    • Create and execute controls and monitoring data queries to ensure system integrity and performance

    Required Qualifications

    • A degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • A minimum of four years of related experience in business systems support, lending operations, or training delivery

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Solid understanding of financial concepts and lending processes

    • Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering training and working with adult learning principles

    • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units
