What We Offer:

• Compensation: $60,000 - $110,000 per year (based on individual performance estimate levels, top performers should expect to achieve top tier)

Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance

Determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations

Present financing options and product menus to enhance the vehicle ownership experience

Stay up-to-date on products and continually expand product knowledge

Process finance transactions in compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty

Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets

Handle all administrative tasks timely and in accordance with company policies

Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional business/finance education is an asset

OMVIC license required

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Experience In Automotive Sales Or Finance Preferred

Comfortable working with technology

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Minimum 1 year in an automotive business office or finance role
