We're looking for Masters-level physicists to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models being developed by the world's leading AI research labs. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems — making a tangible impact on the future of intelligent systems.

No AI experience required. If you can think rigorously and communicate clearly, you're already qualified.

What You'll Do

• Design challenging, original physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logical reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate through Masters-level physics topics
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve over time

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
• Strong problem-solving ability across advanced physics domains
• Able to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning quality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or large language models
• Background in tutoring, teaching, or writing physics content
