As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands-on SOC experience will directly shape how AI detects, investigates, and responds to threats — making enterprise security AI smarter and more aligned with how analysts actually work.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — alerts, incidents, and investigation workflows — to assess what's happening and why it matters
- Classify severity levels, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review and evaluate AI-generated detection logic and investigation outputs for accuracy and real-world alignment
- Validate AI responses against how experienced analysts actually triage and respond to threats
- Distinguish genuine security signals from noise and false positives to help AI learn the difference
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model quality
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage, and end-to-end investigation workflows
- Strong ability to separate true positives from false positives and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to analysis
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — your security expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, SOAR platforms, or detection engineering
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK or NIST
- Background in blue team operations or security engineering
