Position: F&B Administrator

Reports to: F&B Senior Leadership

Employment: Seasonal, Full time

Wage: $22.00/Hourly

Target Start Date: Friday, November 6th, 2026

Overview of Position

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Management team
  • Email/Verbal Communications with other departments
  • Preform the Daily Cash reconciliations and Float counts
  • Consolidation and distribution of FOH & BOH gratuities
  • Payroll for multiple departments
  • Assist in temporary on the floor management of other F&B venues when required
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Experience and requirements

  • Min 2yrs+ experience in a fast-paced office or events environment preferred
  • High knowledge of computers and Toast systems (or other POS systems)
  • Excel spreadsheets and back end POS Knowledge an asset
  • Must be 19 years old
  • Have a Serving it Right Certificate (or equivalent)

Duties and abilities include

  • Possess a strong ability to stay focused and organized in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in written and verbal correspondence
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation for the Food and Beverage department
  • Perform daily administrative duties relating to payroll, gratuities and requisitions
  • Data entry duties for financial reporting or menu printing
  • Provide on the floor support to all employees across the Big White Food & Beverage department to maintain guest satisfaction levels
  • Assist in monthly inventory counts
  • Communicate with the management team
  • Strongly involved in the SWP& SJP training making sure that the staff are adhering to these standards.

Working Conditions

  • Able to work long hours and expected to work overtime in busy periods and holidays
  • Be on feet or seated in an office environment for extended periods of time
  • Able to Lift 50lbs and bend and push repeatedly
  • Hospitality training an asset
