We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Store Manager to join our team! This position is available at both our Chelsea, QC and Kanata, ON locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
• Bilingual (French & English) required for Chelsea location
• Knowledgeable in both Nordic & Alpine skiing
• Service shop skills considered an asset
• Previous retail management experience preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Manage daily operations, sales, and inventory
• Ensure high standards of product knowledge and service
• Support and develop team members
