Turnaround & Maintenance Coordinator at Federated Co-operatives Limited
The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Turnaround & Maintenance Coordinator on a permanent basis to work on-site in Regina, SK.
Take on a key role supporting maintenance and turnaround execution, working closely with Operations and Trades to keep work organized, ready, and moving forward. As a Turnaround & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll help bring clarity to priorities and support safe, efficient day-to-day operations in the field.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate daily maintenance and turnaround activities by confirming work is fully prepared (materials are available, access is arranged, and job requirements are clear) so execution can proceed safely and on schedule.
- Review new work with Operations and set priorities using a structured risk approach, ensuring each job is clearly defined, appropriately categorized, and ready to move efficiently into planning.
- Act as a key point of coordination in the field by working closely with Operations, Trades, and support teams to remove barriers, resolve issues, and keep work progressing as planned.
- Provide meaningful input into daily planning and alignment meetings by sharing updates on work readiness, identifying constraints, and helping determine what can be completed in the near term.
- Support the handling of urgent or unexpected work by assessing feasibility, recommending adjustments to plans when needed, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and to quality standards.

The Team: You will work alongside other Turnaround & Maintenance Coordinators and report to the Senior Manager, Turnaround & Maintenance Coordination, on a team dedicated to the safe and efficient execution of maintenance and turnaround work.

Who you are
You are looking for a career in maintenance and:
- Have 6+ years of relevant experience working in a heavy-industrial environmental in the areas of maintenance and/or maintenance coordination.
- Have a trade certification or 2-year technical diploma. A Project Management Professional or Maintenance Management Professional certificate would be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Are familiar with CMMS, permits/isolations, and reading P&ID’s/LOTO documents.
