Digital Marketing Coordinator at Angus Reid
Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office) | Employment Type: Full-time | Reports to: Sr. Director of Marketing, Consulting Business
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing-Consulting Business, we're looking for a curious, organized, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator to join Angus Reid. In this role, you'll support day-to-day marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Angus Reid and Reach3 Insights, working with thoughtful people who care about strong brands, trusted insights, and having fun while getting great work done.
This role is open to candidates based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid working model of 2 to 3 days per week in office designed to support connection, focused work, and real life outside of work.

In this role, you'll help strengthen the digital presence of our consulting and advisory businesses by keeping our websites, campaigns, social channels, and event marketing organized, polished, and moving forward.
What you'll own
Website management
- Ensure Angus Reid and Reach3 Insights websites are up to date with new content, reports, announcements, and campaigns.
- Support landing page and product page creation, updates, and ongoing optimization.
- Identify and implement improvements to content quality, structure, accuracy, and user experience.
- Help maintain consistency across web properties.
Social media management
- Manage and schedule engaging content across social channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source, create, and publish content, including thought leadership, reports, announcements, and event promotion.
- Monitor engagement and support basic performance tracking so the team can understand what is resonating.
- Help maintain a consistent, polished, and on-brand social presence.
Campaign management
- Set up and execute marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including campaign tracking, member management, and reporting.
- Build and deploy email campaigns and newsletters through HubSpot or similar tools.
- Manage campaign lists, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and with the right follow-through.
Events and webinar support
- Support webinars, virtual events, and occasional in-person events from planning through follow-up.
- Manage logistics including invites, registrations, reminders, materials, and post-event communications.
- Partner with internal teams to keep event execution organized, smooth, and on brand.
What you bring
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, consulting, research, insights, or other services-led environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking, member management, or reporting.
- Experience using HubSpot for website updates and email marketing delivery, or similar marketing automation/CMS tools.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment where priorities can shift and follow-through matters.
- Clear communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, insights, and creative teams.
- Familiarity working with graphic designers and/or creative teams to bring marketing materials to life.
- Comfort using AI tools to support marketing deliverables, improve efficiency, and spark fresh ideas while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content calendars, newsletters, webinars, or event promotion.
- Exposure to website optimization, landing page performance, campaign reporting, or marketing data hygiene.

- Events and webinars run smoothly with clear logistics, timely follow-up, and fewer last-minute surprises.

Fair compensation
We are committed to pay equity and fair pay practices. The salary range for this role is CAD $62,000 to $70,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
