Position: Branch Administrator
Location: Burlington, ON
Type: Existing vacancy
Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation Range: $58,000-60,000
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for our Branch Administrator role. Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President of Operations, Burlington, the Branch Administrator will provide administrative support to our Operations team. The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of efficiency, confidentiality, and judgement.
Responsibilities
- Provide diversified administrative support to our AVP of Operations in a fast-paced office environment
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
- Arrange travel and schedule meetings
- Responsible for a variety of general office duties
- Carry out special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Strong work ethic
- Professional articulate manner
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
- Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and internet usage
