Larlyn Property Management is growing in the Windsor region, and we are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a Property Manager – Windsor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working toward their CMRAO licensing and wants to continue building their career in property management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and the Property Administration Team, gaining hands-on experience in both day-to-day site operations and portfolio administration.

About The Role

In this position, you will support the management of properties in the Windsor area while developing a strong understanding of building operations, resident relations, contractor coordination, compliance, and administrative processes.

This role is designed to support career growth. As the Windsor and surrounding regional portfolio continues to expand, this position is expected to grow into a broader property management portfolio role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day property management operations
  • Completing daily building checks and following up on minor issues
  • Escalating concerns that require direction from the Senior Property Manager
  • Assisting with lease-up activities and property operations upon occupancy
  • Acting as a first point of contact for residents, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Creating purchase orders in the system
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers
  • Supporting oversight of building cleaning and security systems
  • Assisting with fire safety compliance and related follow-ups
  • Providing administrative and portfolio support as needed
  • Building knowledge of site-level operations and portfolio management processes

Licensing Requirement

Applicants must hold, or be actively working toward, a CMRAO Licence. Ideally, the candidate has completed or is currently completing 2 to 3 CMRAO courses or General.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Property management experience, or strong administrative experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with people
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi is considered an asset, but is not required
