Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.

Essential Job Duties

  • Create invoices from work orders submitted by field technicians
  • Daily dispatching logistics and coordinating on the go adjustments as needed
  • Responsible for accurately charging customers for services rendered
  • Attend marketing meetings and team engagement
  • Manage inbound calls; from customers and team members
  • Manage email inbox, teams, and other methods of communicating across the business
  • Monitor technician movements in the field to ensure timely repairs and be able to give customers real time updates
  • Answer customer questions regarding services provided, account information, and billing inquiries
  • Provide digital lot walks and information around work to be performed daily
  • Posting of accounts payable invoices
  • Ensuring file accuracy and SOPs followed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill/Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years customer service experience
  • Detail Oriented
  • Extended and/or weekend hours maybe required
  • Ability to learn multiple operating systems
  • Demonstrate expert teamwork as well as the ability to work individually
  • Ensure knowledge of billing practices and changes
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to handle escalated issues and negative situations
  • Must have Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn multiple operating systems
  • Self-starter and self-accountable and results driven
