Employee Services Assistant - Employee Services Department (1.0 FTE Permanent)
Reporting to the Manager of Employee Services, the Employee Services Assistant will support the Employee Services Department in the areas of, Automated Callout System, Office Administration support for the following areas of the department: Occupational Health and Safety, Internal and External Recruitment, Staff Orientation, Attendance Support, Employee Wellness, Return to Work, WSIB, HRIS and will assist with minute taking for Labour Relations meetings.
Post-secondary education in Office Administration is required and Business Administration - Human Resources would be considered an asset.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and they will possess superior analytical, organizational and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
