Service Delivery Systems & Integration Lead (Contract)
Aunt Leah’s Place is a non-profit organization that helps prevent youth from foster care from becoming homeless and vulnerable mothers from losing custody of their children. To support them on their journey to self-sufficiency, we provide housing, Lifeskills, education and employment services.
Term: 12–18 months (milestone-based contract); Full-Time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday -Friday
Location: Hybrid (Metro Vancouver); works primarily at Aunt Leah’s 816-20th Street, New Westminster office, but will also regularly visit Aunt Leah’s Vancouver office and various other sites.
Reports to: Executive Director
Aunt Leah’s is seeking a highly skilled systems thinker and implementation lead to support a critical phase of organizational development.
This contract role will lead the design, integration, and implementation of service delivery systems across programs as the organization prepares for a new 90-unit housing development and strengthens post-accreditation infrastructure.
This is a build-and-transfer role—focused on creating systems that can be sustained by the existing management team.

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the Executive Director and management team to:
Develop an organization-wide service delivery framework
Align programs across housing, employment, education, and life skills supports
Translate CARF accreditation standards into day-to-day operational systems
Standardize documentation, policies, and supervision structures
Design systems to support new and existing housing developments
Integrate metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement practices
Support implementation and embed systems across teams
Assess leadership structure and provide recommendations for long-term sustainability

Documentation and SOP standardization
CARF-aligned accountability and compliance systems
KPI dashboards and quality improvement processes
Housing service model readiness tools
Organizational structure assessment and recommendations
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has leadership experience in nonprofit service delivery systems, housing, or social services
Is skilled in organizational design, systems integration, and implementation
Has experience with accreditation frameworks (CARF or similar)
Can move between strategy and execution
Is comfortable working without formal authority and influencing across teams
Has strong facilitation, documentation, and project leadership skills
Contract Structure
This is a milestone-based contract :
Phase 1 (4 months): Assessment & CARF Integration – $30,000
Phase 2 (6 months): Systems Build & Documentation – $45,000
Phase 3 (optional, 6 months): Stabilization & Structural Recommendations – $35,000
Total potential value: $110,000
