We are looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our consulting team based in our Montreal office.
This position is onsite in Cambridge, with the possibility of requirement at the Mississauga location, Ontario.
Tâches
Key Responsibility: Deliver first-level support to both remote and on-site Gore employees, while managing end-to-end asset lifecycle activities, including configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.
Exigences
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills written and oral
Strong customer service and support acumen
Technical diagnosing and Troubleshooting ability
Proficient with the latest Microsoft Suite of Business and Cloud applications (Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune)
Ability to multitask and time management
Working Conditions
Minimal Work activities involve alternating positions of light physical activities. Majority of time is spent in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about at will.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs (22kg)
Possible travel to Mississauga and Toronto locations.
Shift assignments are between 8:00AM - 5:00PM (7.5h shifts)
