This role is responsible for optimizing client testing cycles, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction to maximize the use of Croesus solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and prioritize technical issues (during and outside of testing cycles);
  • Rigorously follow up with internal teams;
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa;
  • Administer and configure existing systems;
  • Analyze the feasibility of client service requests and propose optimization solutions;
  • Create KPIs and document business processes;
  • Document business processes and workflows;
  • Coordinate and facilitate client testing sessions and post-deployment validation (MEP) on a rotational basis;
  • Be available to provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

  • The working language is French. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical And Professional Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Customer service-oriented;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential;
  • Ability to quickly learn new software;
  • Experience with SQL, JQL, JSM, and programming;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Knowledge of financial markets and securities trading (CSC - Canadian Securities Course).
