- You have a basic understanding on how each workflow within recovery and quality affects the units profit and loss
- Physically able to perform tasks requiring frequent walking and safe lifting—sometimes up to 50 lbs
Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us
Key responsibilities (text) • Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is Selling, Repackaging or spare parts management.
- Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
- Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
- Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
- Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
- Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products.
