Team Experience Coordinator (Human Resources) at Executive Aviation
Do you love the travel industry? Are you a Human Resources professional able to support a very highly respected aviation ground handling company at the Halifax airport? Executive Aviation is looking for a Team Experience Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, working on-site at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport!
This position plays a key role in supporting the Halifax location in creating and building a high-performance culture where employee engagement is a top priority. You will assist in the roll out of the Human Resources strategies and programs that will help Executive Aviation become an Employer of Choice within our market. You will provide professional level support in Policies and Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management and other areas of Human Resources. This role is based on-site at the Halifax airport, working closely with the Operations Management team of Executive Aviation, and reports to the Director, People and Culture, with support from the Regional TE Generalist.

Who are you?
- Positively and effectively communicating, building rapport and relating well to all kinds of people
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Well versed and has a strong understanding of federal legislation
- Strong critical thinking skills and good ethical judgement
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Technically savvy with significant experience in MS Office applications including Outlook, TEAMs, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Team Experience and Operations teams including but not limited to team member onboarding, employee scheduling and general administrative duties.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes in partnership with the Recruitment Coordinator.
- Answer Team Member questions or requests relating to HR or payroll and escalate as necessary to the appropriate Team Experience team member.
- Assist in the roll-out of Team Experience programs.
- Participate in and integrate Team Experience projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
