We are growing and looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst who is equally comfortable working with data, people, and processes—and who wants to help shape how we operate and improve.

This is a high-impact role within our Business Operations team. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to bring clarity to data, improve how we work, and support smart, informed decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Operational Excellence

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Document current and future-state processes and support the implementation of improvements

Deliver Meaningful Insights

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform decision-making
• Develop reports and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business

Support Key Initiatives

• Contribute to projects through structured analysis, requirements gathering, and coordination
• Monitor progress and help ensure initiatives stay on track

Strengthen Business Performance

• Support cost, budget, and performance analysis, including KPI development and tracking
• Contribute to business cases and planning activities with clear, data-driven insights

Collaborate and Influence

• Work across teams to gather information, validate insights, and build alignment
• Communicate findings clearly and build strong, trusted relationships

Continuously Improve

• Leverage tools and systems to enhance analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system use

What You Bring

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• An advanced degree (MBA) is considered a strong asset, particularly for candidates interested in leadership progression within MEMS.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data-focused roles
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Advanced skills in Excel or similar data tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in consulting or professional services is an asset
• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is an asset

MEMS Pay Transparency: Ontario

Compensation Range(s)

• ON - $90,000 - $115,000
