Classified Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, contacting prospective clients, building relationships, identifying advertising and marketing opportunities, and generating sales revenue through outbound cold calls and inbound phone calls.

This is an in-office position out of our head office at #210 – 15288 54a Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 6T4.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
• Present products, services, and advertising opportunities in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Ambitious and Motivated.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.50/hour plus commissions.
