We are hiring a Maintenance Clerk to join our Mobile Mine Maintenance (MEM) team in Fort McMurray. This role sits at the center of workforce coordination, supporting leaders and employees by ensuring schedules, data, and processes run smoothly, consistently, and in compliance.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years’ experience in an administrative, or maintenance support role; mining/maintenance background preferred
A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Strong systems experience, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power Bi / Power Query, SAP and Workday (or a timekeeping/payroll system)
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Strong initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision while confidently managing priorities and making sound decisions
Responsibilities
Maintain data entry, auditing and reporting for daily workforce schedules, including vacation planning, shift coverage, and workforce movement tracking
Manage and administer overtime callouts and modified work programs in alignment with site processes
Ensure compliance with company procedures and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements
Act as a central communication hub between employees, team leads, and cross-functional partners
Maintain accurate data and reporting to support fair, consistent, and informed workforce decisions
Support leaders with timely information to enable safe, efficient maintenance execution
Assist with continuous improvement project work and key initiatives to support team and operational objectives
Location & other key details
You will work out of our base plant site in Fort McMurray, Alberta
The shift schedule is a six days on/six days off rotation; 12-hour shifts
