Operations and Customer Service Support Agent at Electromega

Your daily tasks
Track orders and customer files
Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and shipments
Prepare quotes and various administrative documents
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners
Support procurement activities and internal operations

Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Team spirit, autonomy, and attention to detail

Language Requirement
