The challenges that await you

Under the supervision of the immediate superior, you will perform various administrative tasks for the acquisition process of material resources for the Laval Police Service, primarily you will:

  • Perform various office tasks related to the acquisition of materials and the management of multiple police and civilian clothing profiles, including taking measurements of personnel and requesting quotes;
  • Receive merchandise and conduct quantity and compliance checks;
  • Resolve problematic situations, make recommendations to your superior, and inform internal clients and suppliers of the procedures and standards to be followed;
  • Participate in planning the execution of work related to your area of expertise and contribute to continuous improvement projects and IT development.

The ideal profile for us

  • Hold a high school diploma (DES);
  • Have eighteen (18) months of relevant work experience for the position;
  • Be recognized for your rigor and organizational skills;
  • Be skilled at managing multiple files simultaneously.
