Customer Service Representative at Accenture

Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support customers maximizing their personal requirements.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

• Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.

• Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email and chat.

• Identify sales opportunities and provide customers with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)

• Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.

• Improve customers experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.

• Be consistent in exceeding your daily targets through high-volume inbound and outbound calling.

• Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience of 6 months or more is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience.

• Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling

• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help the client grow their business.

• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Preferred Skill Requirements

• Experience working with customers from North America.

• Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.

• Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence, solutions mindset and helping nature.

• Strong computer skills, specifically multitasking across multiple programs concurrently.

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
