Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 12PM to 8AM

Saturday's: 9AM to 5PM

Office Location: Barrie, ON (This role does not provide remote or hybrid work).

Responsibilities For a Verification Analyst

  • Verify applicant income by contacting employers via phone and email to confirm employment status and earnings
  • Review deal structures and submission details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Analyze credit reports and validate supporting income documentation
  • Provide timely, professional support to dealer partners, responding to inquiries with a customer-first approach
  • Distribute banking links for applicable deals to support efficient funding
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to facilitate and finalize deal closures
  • Ensure strict adherence to company Policy, Process, and Procedure (the “3 P’s”)
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment, demonstrating accountability and reliability in daily work
  • Uphold Northlake’s core values: accountability, integrity, speed, and innovation
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements For a Verification Analyst

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal.
  • Critical-thinking and ability to identify problems and inconsistencies.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration to ensure process efficiencies.
  • Strong analysis skills and knowledge on how to analyze data, documents, user inputs, and workflows.
  • Continuous learning mindset for continued growth opportunities.

Qualifications Of a Verification Analyst

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 1-2 years' experience in financial services or a relatable role
  • Intermediate skill set in Microsoft 365 & Adobe

Compensation

  • Base Salary of $40,000 annually
  • Commission Structure with performance-based earning potential
