The Role

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of Polestar vehicles, ensuring every vehicle reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, innovation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors to Polestar standards
• Follow specific vehicle instructions and special requests with care and precision
• Use appropriate cleaners, waxes, and polishes suited to modern materials and finishes
• Operate specialized detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a genuine passion for premium automotive brands and emerging vehicle technology
• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience
• Experience working in an automotive dealership environment
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Comfortable using professional detailing equipment
• Dependable, accountable, and takes pride in their work
• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed
