Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and manage new and existing agronomy client relationships
- Support and manage client deliverables, expectations, and recommendations
- Investigate, evaluate, and solve for opportunities that provide further value to our customers
- Take a lead role in strategic planning and analysis with current and prospective clients
- Collaborate and identify additional value added client service engagements with other team members
- Carry out certain functions related to variable rate, mapping, soil sampling, crop assessments, and data analytics
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field.
- At least 5 years of agriculture customer management is an asset, but not required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Duties will require independent work within a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work out of a home office when not performing in-field functions.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor setting, along with overtime as needed during peak season.
