Job Summary

Manages day-to-day business operations and governance processes, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and consistent execution across teams. Works with stakeholders to track performance, improve processes, and support delivery through structured planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage day-to-day business operations and PMO activities, ensuring alignment with defined processes and organisational priorities.

2. Track performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

3. Oversee project tracking and governance routines, ensuring timely updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of operational plans and delivery milestones.

5. Drive standardisation of processes, reporting frameworks, and operational artefacts across teams.

6. Support planning cycles, including resource planning, progress tracking, and performance reviews.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Build working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication across teams.
