SoftPeak is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring financial health, planning, and efficiency. You will manage budgeting, reporting, and ensure that we meet our financial goals while supporting the company’s strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee company budgets and provide financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting on company performance.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and leadership to provide financial insights for project and company-wide decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an outsourcing company.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to present financial reports and insights.

• Budget Accuracy: Ensure financial forecasting accuracy within a 10% variance.
• Cash Flow Management: Maintain positive cash flow and ensure liquidity.
• Financial Reporting: Timely delivery of monthly and quarterly reports with 100% accuracy.
• Cost Control: Achieve cost savings initiatives, reducing operational costs by at least 15%.
