Barista at Alforno Chinook

We are searching for a dedicated Barista to craft exceptional beverages and connect with guests. • 2 years of Barista experience is preferred!
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively
• Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu
• General understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance
• Welcoming and providing customers with the best services

• Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends
• Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals
• Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• A valid Food Safety Certificate is required to ensure safety and quality standards
