Your Role

As our Team Lead Technician, you will:

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicle makes.

• Lead by example with high-quality workmanship and professionalism.

• Assist and mentor apprentice and junior technicians.

• Help maintain shop efficiency and workflow.

• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM tools and procedures.

• Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

• Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Automotive Journeyman Technician (Red Seal preferred)

• Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis experience is considered a strong asset

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Leadership experience or the desire to lead a team

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
