Do you have experience in automotive detailing and enjoy coordinating a team? Longueuil Toyota is looking for a team leader to ensure the smooth operation of its detailing department.

Your main responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of the detailing department.

Assign vehicles and tasks to team members based on priorities.

Coordinate requests to ensure deadlines are met.

Perform washing, cleaning, and detailing of new and used vehicles as needed.

Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards.

Ensure that equipment and products are used safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in automotive detailing (required).

Experience in supervision or team coordination (a significant asset).

Positive leadership and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
