Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, SMB National Sales Centre leads national sales strategy and execution for the SMB portfolio. This role is accountable for driving new revenue growth while reducing customer churn, and for building a high-performing sales organization across management, account management, analytics, and channel development.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Director, Business Development, Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMB).
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $147,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead national SMB sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth targets and improve customer retention.
Manage and develop Sales Managers to meet quota, including setting targets aligned to corporate objectives and market conditions.
Deliver $25M+ in annual new business revenue while supporting long-term portfolio and value-added services growth.
Evaluate sales performance data and implement action plans to optimize results and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and present data-driven recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and sales effectiveness.
Produce regular performance reporting with actionable insights for senior leadership and executive decision-making.
Define resource requirements and optimize team structure to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to support market expansion and improve market share.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities through analysis of customer, competitor, and industry trends.
Own the Sales Centre annual business plan in alignment with short-, mid-, and long-term SMB sales targets.

Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years of sales or call centre experience.
2–3 years of people management experience.
Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
Experience in telephone sales across inbound, outbound, and retention channels.
Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Proven Sales and Negotiation skills.
Demonstrated track record for delivering quality work, on time.
Experience that would set you apart
Experience in the payments industry.
Bilingual in English and French.
