Why This Role Exists
The Residential Showroom Sales Consultant exists to help Canadoor deliver an exceptional residential customer experience while capturing more sales opportunities through fast response times, strong follow-up, and professional product guidance.
This role plays a key part in growing our residential division by helping homeowners feel confident, informed, and taken care of from the first conversation to the final sale.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners virtually and in the showroom (both Barrie and Orillia) to provide product recommendations and consultations
- Prepare accurate residential garage door estimates and quotes
- Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and technician-generated opportunities
- Guide customers through garage door, opener, and product selections
- Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and quotes inside ServiceTitan
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on products, pricing, and market trends
- Represent the Canadoor brand professionally in every interaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and email communication
- Ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer interactions independently
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Experience with ServiceTitan, home improvement sales, or showroom sales is considered an asset
- Experience in garage doors, construction, renovation, or exterior products is considered an asset
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6 months, you are consistently managing residential leads independently, improving quote conversion rates through strong follow-up, contributing to showroom growth, and delivering a professional customer experience that reflects the Canadoor brand.
You become someone customers trust and the team relies on.

Compensation
$60,000 – $125,000 annually (commission-based compensation structure)
