We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist customers with product or service questions.
• Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and track interactions.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with clients.
• Take payments, and complete insurance claims.
• Handle appointment bookings.
• Keep the front end area clean and tidy.
• Help team members with additional cleaning and organization.
• Great customers upon arrival and make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately.
• Experience in front desk positions is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to multitask effectively across various channels while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while developing versatile professional skills in a supportive environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From CA$16.00 per hour
