Advanced Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Swamper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and mechanical knowledge, attention to detail with the ability to take direction. This role involves working on-site with an experienced equipment operator, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to work closely with others in a fast paced environment.

Duties

• Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset
• Drive a truck with a trailer
• Take direction and cooperate to ensure piles are plumb and in the proper alignment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site environments
• Clean driver's abstract
• Experience with commercial driving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
