Join FCSRC’s Board of Directors and make a difference for children, youth and families in Renfrew County

Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County (FCSRC) is a multi-service agency that supports children, youth, adults and their families to be safe, connected, and thriving. Through child protection services, developmental services and family support programs, we work alongside our community to promote well-being and belonging.

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for community-minded individuals living in Renfrew County to apply to join our Board of Directors.

We are looking for residents of Renfrew County who are committed to supporting the well-being of children, youth and families and who bring diverse perspectives, experiences and skills to governance and community leadership.

Experience in areas such as finance, human resources, law, property management or equity and inclusion is considered an asset. Lived experience and diverse community perspectives are welcomed.

Board members provide strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and governance leadership to support our mission and mandate. FCSRC is committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and encourages applications from equity-deserving groups.

Previous Board experience is not required. If you are interested in contributing your skills, experience, and perspective to support children, youth and families in Renfrew County, we encourage you to apply.
