The Cook Chill Food Production Center is located on the grounds of the Maplehurst Correctional Facility; however, Cook Chill operates as an independent production facility and is separate from Maplehurst Corrections. There are no inmates on site at any time. Civeo Premium associates do not have any interaction with, nor access to, inmates.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Menu & Nutrition Analyst to support Nutrition Services by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of menu data, recipes, and nutritional information in compliance with Ministry and facility standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining menu management systems, supporting audits and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate ingredient declarations, recipe data, and menu documentation in alignment with Ministry guidelines and facility standards.
  • Coordinate and document menu changes, product substitutions, and recipe updates while ensuring nutritional equivalency and compliance with approved menu requirements.
  • Perform data entry and ongoing maintenance in NetMenu/CBORD systems, including updating recipes, ingredient lists, and nutrition information to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • Prepare and update operational and reporting tools, including Menu Change Summaries, Menu Cost Summaries, and other audit documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and nutrition teams to validate product details, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates effectively across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with menu management or nutrition software (e.g., CBORD, NetMenu or similar systems) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Understanding of Ministry standards, nutritional guidelines, and compliance requirements is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Successful completion of vulnerable sector check, criminal record check, and any other required security clearances.

Salary range: $50,000
