Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Quality care for flowers

· Creating and ability to replicate designs for all occasions

· Cleaning as needed

· Work with our clients both in person and over the phone

· Process orders

· Use a POS system with some computer knowledge is an asset

· Know your flower care when clients ask

· Assist on location set ups for events

· Share ideas for growing the business

· Look after the wedding department including the bridal consultations

· Wants to continue learning to be the best floral artist you can be

Position Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years experience in the floral industry

. Highly motivated and customer service orientated

· Experience as a floral designer is a requirement

· Knowledge of flower care

· Wedding experience

· Ability to work on Saturday’s if needed and for event setups when required

· Able to lift 50lbs

This role requires the use of a personal smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks such as time tracking, safety reporting, communication, and training. You are responsible for ensuring your device is functional, secure, and compatible with required applications. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
