Inbound Sales Consultant at Royal York Property Management
Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to speak with property owners who are interested in professional property management services.
This role is for someone who can confidently answer warm inbound inquiries, understand the owner’s needs, explain services clearly, run professional on-camera demo calls, handle objections, and close qualified property owners.
You will be speaking with property owners who have already shown interest. Your job is to build trust quickly, guide the conversation professionally, and help the owner move forward with Royal York Property Management.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in property management services
- Qualify the owner’s needs, property details, timeline, and level of urgency
- Explain Royal York Property Management’s services clearly and professionally
- Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients
- Present yourself professionally on video calls with property owners
- Build trust with owners and help them understand the value of professional property management
- Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, process, and trust
- Close qualified property owners and guide them through the next steps
- Follow up consistently with owners who have not yet moved forward
- Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead status updates
- Manage multiple active leads and client conversations at the same time
- Identify stalled opportunities, missed follow-ups, owner concerns, and delays
- Coordinate internally to support a smooth client experience
- Escalate issues early when needed and protect the client experience through strong judgment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience
- 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales, consultative sales, inside sales, account executive, client acquisition, or high-ticket service sales
- Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or through video/demo calls
- Comfortable being on camera while running professional demo calls with clients
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Experience working full-time in a professional remote environment
- Confidence speaking with homeowners, property owners, business owners, or high-value prospects
- Experience running demos, presentations, consultations, or structured sales calls
- Strong objection-handling ability and confidence asking for the close
- Ability to explain services clearly and make clients feel comfortable moving forward
- High follow-up discipline and comfort working inside a structured CRM workflow
- Strong organization, task management, and documentation habits
- Ability to manage multiple leads and active conversations at the same time
- Calm, professional, and persuasive under pressure
Nice-to-Have
- SaaS, software sales, insurance sales, mortgage/lending, home services, financial services, B2B services, or high-ticket call center sales experience
- Real estate, leasing, property management, or housing-related experience
- Experience selling services to homeowners, property owners, investors, landlords, or business owners
- Experience managing a client from first conversation through onboarding or handoff
- Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven, operations-heavy, or service-based environments
- Comfort using AI/tools to improve notes, follow-ups, summaries, and internal efficiency
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable leading sales conversations with property owners.
They know how to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, explain value clearly, handle objections, and ask for the close without sounding pushy or careless.
They are organized with follow-ups, disciplined with CRM updates, and able to manage several active conversations at the same time.
They understand that this role is about speed, trust, communication, follow-up, and converting qualified inbound interest into signed clients.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the same country, city, or region where the job is posted. The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.
