Who You Are
You're a senior marketer who's led product marketing at the strategy level and still knows how to write the sales deck yourself. You'll own go-to-market for two distinct CIRA product lines — CIRA Cyber Stack, our cybersecurity portfolio, and Hello Registry, our registry and ccTLD platform business — and you're skilled at identifying and adapting to different buyer needs and personas across product lines.
You've managed people before, not just projects. You're energized by variety, and you know how to prioritize and resource a team across multiple product lines without either one losing momentum.
What You’ll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for both CIRA Cybersecurity Services and Hello Registry (CIRA’s registry platform partnership with SIDN) including positioning, messaging, and value propositions that help each product stand out in the market
- Lead and develop a small team of product marketers, setting priorities, coaching, and managing performance across two portfolios with different buyers and different sales cycles
- Plan and lead cross-functional launches for new products, features, and campaigns, managing implementation across product, sales, and comms
- Work closely with the product teams for CIRA Cybersecurity Services and Hello Registry to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and buyer personas for each
- Work with the communications team to jointly build and manage the content strategy across both lines, aligning demand generation and thought leadership assets to sales objectives
- Own the sales enablement relationship by developing collateral, competitive battlecards, demos, and training that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and the sales team's goals
- Manage budget across both portfolios, including any agency relationships, and report on program performance against KPIs
- Represent CIRA at trade shows, conferences, and webinars as a spokesperson and subject matter expert
- Measure and optimize the impact of campaigns and messaging, adjusting based on results rather than instinct
What You Bring:
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with the majority of that in product marketing specifically - owning positioning, messaging, and GTM for individual products or features, not just brand, campaign, or corporate communications
- Proven experience leading coaching, and developing teams to achieve business results
- B2B/enterprise marketing; SaaS experience in security, networking, or domain/registry industries is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to run product marketing for more than one product line or business unit at once
- Strong writing across long-form and short-form collateral, and comfort being the external-facing spokesperson for technical products
- Proven project and budget management skills on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
