About The Job
Type: Full time / Permanent
Wage: $21.22/hour + $1/hour shift premium
Shifts: Friday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm
Location: Milton, Ontario

Summary
Under supervision from a supervisor or manager, Sanitation provides housekeeping to an area or shift of the operation.
Essential Functions
- Cleaning restrooms, break room, locker room, and office areas per sanitation schedule.
- Cleaning the exterior areas of the building, including windows, walkways, and emptying trash containers and receptacles per sanitation schedule.
- Sweeping and scrubbing the warehouse floors and office areas per sanitation schedule.
- Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls in the warehouse and office areas per sanitation schedule.
- Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and tour ready facility.
- Assist Maintenance Techs as required and light maintenance activities such as painting.
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete assigned sanitation tasks as directed in the Master Sanitation Plan during the required time frame.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED preferred
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Safety Sensitive
Non-Regulated Tech depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified.
DOT Regulated: No
