This role identifies, prioritizes, and executes initiatives that improve end-to-end supply chain performance, strengthen execution consistency, and support scalable business growth.

The role evaluates current-state processes and develops future-state workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, scalability, and control while balancing global process consistency with regional execution needs and customer requirements. Success in this position requires cross-functional leadership, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on measurable operational results.

What you will do?

In this role, you will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of global supply chain processes across regions. You will identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that improve end-to-end supply chain performance and execution consistency while aligning with business, project, and customer requirements.

You will evaluate current-state processes and design future-state workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, scalability, and control across regions. You will drive simplification and standardization while ensuring day-to-day execution remains practical and responsive to regional and customer needs.

You will eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce process variation, and improve organizational execution discipline. Using data and analytics, you will identify bottlenecks, waste, process gaps, and performance improvement opportunities across the supply chain.

You will drive measurable improvements in on-time delivery, lead time reduction, purchase order cycle time, and logistics performance. You will also develop standard work, process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support scalable adoption and a disciplined, repeatable approach to supply chain execution globally.

You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives involving Supply Chain, Key Accounts, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT, and partner with regional supply chain leaders to align global process standards with execution requirements. A key part of the role is promoting consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

What we offer

For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen global supply chain execution through transformation, simplification, and standardization. You will have direct influence on how processes are designed, adopted, and improved across regions.

You must be able to identify priorities, remove complexity, and drive measurable results across end-to-end supply chain activities.

It will be important to use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, waste, performance gaps, and opportunities for simplification and standardization. You should be comfortable developing standard work, process documentation, and training tools that support consistent execution and sustainable adoption. You will need to work effectively in a global matrix organization and influence without direct authority. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills will be essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around common goals and execution standards. To succeed, we believe you are disciplined, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to balance global consistency with regional realities.
