PÜR & SIMPLE – Welland, a breakfast & brunch restaurant is looking for dynamic and versatile people to join our team in creating memorable experiences for our valued customers, starting July 21.

We are seeking passionate, energetic team members who can confidently handle multiple responsibilities including greeting and seating guests, preparing beverages, serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, time management, and a love for the food industry.

Duties

• Greet and seat customers efficiently, creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
• Operate the POS system (Micros POS) to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee bar, and kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hosting, or barista work is an asset but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling techniques.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve certification preferred

Hours of Operation

Monday to Sunday – 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
