We’re looking for a Network Routing Planner to play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of inbound merchandise across our supply chain. In this position, you'll coordinate and oversee all activities related to inbound merchandise receipts, including appointment scheduling, reconciliation, and the management of vendor, carrier, and distribution center communications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, drive operational efficiency, and maintain accurate, timely inventory movement. What You’ll Do
Responsible for coordinating all inbound receipts and scheduling activities with internal and external parties, including Logistics, Accounts Payable, Merchandising, Vendors, Carriers and respective agents.
Manages and maintains logs of carrier, carrier agent correspondence, problem resolution, and forwards the information to the appropriate members of the Operations Management and Logistics staff.
Ensure all appointment requests are responded to within the set parameter of a 24-hour period.
Deals with inquiries and issues, and resolve them in an appropriate manner, adhering to the Company’s policy and practice standards.
Creates and maintains various reports related to inbound activities.
Schedules, prioritizes, and coordinates inbound receipts to meet changing production needs within time standards (i.e. priority containers, over the road (OTR), rush shipments, etc.).
Participates in all activities associated with inbound merchandise receipts.
Assist in the timely pick up of empty trailers and containers.
Supports all testing and implementation of various TJX system enhancements and roll outs.

About You
High school diploma (OSSD Grade 12) or equivalent education.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative, logistics, or data-entry environment.
Knowledge of distribution center receiving operations and logistics processes, including dock appointment scheduling, shipment visibility systems, and inbound transportation activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with experience using email, data management systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SCAN, Manhattan, and Mainframe.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with Distribution Services, Logistics, Operations Management, Associates, Vendors, Carriers, and other key stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Ability to provide clear direction and support to ensure operational objectives, service levels, and performance targets are achieved.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries, anticipate needs, and deliver a positive service experience.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
