Project Manager.
The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the credit union, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Covering diverse areas such as operations, technology, digital banking, compliance, and member services, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational priorities and strategic goals. The Project Manager also plays a key role in driving effective change management, confirming smooth adoption and long-term success of project implementations.
The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and internal teams, they ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides regular reporting to senior leadership and establishes adherence to governance standards to support transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Core Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent designation is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, financial services, or a complex organizational setting is considered an asset.
Technical Qualifications (considered An Asset)
- Experience leading technology projects of increasing complexity.
- Experience managing software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity projects, system integrations, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working with technology vendors, consultants, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial services, banking, credit union operations, or technology projects within regulated environments.
- Ability to facilitate communication, coordination, and follow-up among technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary Range: $70,100.00 to $87,600.00
