Aon is seeking a Account Specialist (Surety) to join our team in Saskatchewan. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, helping deliver exceptional service and supporting the successful management of surety accounts.

What The Day Will Look Like

  • Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate and implement key processes that serve clients effectively.
  • Undertake internal activities related to client service processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Broker’s license required, or must be obtained within 4 months of start date.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
  • Capability to perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties to support client servicing.
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Active participation in the renewal process.
  • Understanding of guidelines and ability to apply available resources.
  • Alignment with the Aon Leadership Model, focusing on Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
