Client Success Portfolio Manager at Jonas Software

As a Portfolio Manager, you will build meaningful partnerships, guide clients through continued adoption of the product, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and retention.

Job Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Premier’s product, features, and value within the construction industry.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, proactive engagement, and a deep understanding of client needs in order to identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring clients are supported, heard, and achieving success, while driving commercial outcomes for both the client and Premier.
Partner closely with Implementation, Support, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and timely issue resolution.
Monitor client health, usage, and renewal status using ChurnZero and HubSpot, and leverage Gong insights to prepare for and follow up on key customer conversations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for client expansion, including license upgrades and feature add-ons, by aligning product value with client business goals and leading the commercial conversation through to close.
Track and report on portfolio performance against key KPIs, including expansion targets, retention, adoption (usage), and health scores, and use these insights to drive proactive engagement and risk mitigation.
Assist with onboarding and client transition activities to ensure a smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing account management.
Contribute to process improvements, client-facing materials, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Support strategic projects and, over time, have the opportunity to mentor team members as the client success team scales.

Job Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally in the software or SaaS industry.
Background in accounting or the construction industry is a strong asset.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, approachable, and empathetic style.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to align client goals with product value.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a balance of relationship focus and business acumen.
Experience with Premier Construction Software or other ERP/business/accounting systems is an asset.
Proficient in common CRM and customer success tools, ideally including HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Gong is considered an asset.
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
