As a Recruiter supporting high-volume operational roles, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping people show up, succeed, and keep moving forward, sometimes all in the same day.

This isn’t a desk-only recruiting role. It’s dynamic, repetitive, urgent, people-heavy, and incredibly impactful. You’ll coach, follow up, pivot, organize, and repeat; while building trust with candidates and clients alike.

A Day in the Life

  • Source and recruit for high-volume operational roles including general labour, warehouse, forklift, manufacturing, and logistics positions
  • Build and maintain deep, ready-to-go candidate pipelines to meet constant and changing client demand
  • Manage a high volume of time-sensitive activity in the ATS to support payroll, invoicing, and compliance
  • Partner directly with clients to manage expectations, staffing changes, and last-minute pivots
  • Stay highly organized and regimented to keep workflows moving
  • Conduct ongoing candidate follow-ups to ensure workers arrive on site, are prepared, and feel supported
  • Coach and support temporary workers throughout their assignments to set them up for success

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Previous experience recruiting for high-volume or operational roles (light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, hospitality, or similar)
  • Comfort working in a chaotic, fast-moving, and time-sensitive environment with frequent last-minute changes
  • Strong candidate facing skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage repetitive interactions
  • A client-service mindset, with confidence handling some account management responsibilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the discipline to follow structured processes consistently
  • Experience working in an ATS and a solid understanding of employment standards, human rights, and health & safety practices
